This one comes out of Washington. The Skins have $40 million UNDER the cap to play with while Miami only has about $10-13 million if I'm correct. Manning's salary would likely eat all of Miami's cap if they don't restructure people...

http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/football-insider/post/with-release-on-the-way-peyton-manning-will-have-plenty-of-options/2012/03/06/gIQATJj8vR_blog.html#pagebreak

Arizona only has $10 million and a horrible O-Line. It's rumored that Reggie Wayne & Jeff Saturday will be "package deals" with Manning. Where is their money coming from?

I think the Vikings are sold on Ponder. They have to be, bc they spent #12 pick on him last season.

At least that's what they are saying.

That's all they've been saying since last season. I think at this point to think otherwise is all speculation and reading too much into things.

If they whiff on all of these guys I wouldn't have an issue with them bringing in Tannehill ONLY if they could trade for Matt Hasselbeck to groom him and be the starter for a year or two. I think Hasselbeck still has quite a bit left in him and I'm not sold on Flynn and don't want Orton, Campbell or Henne.

For me I rank the scenarios.

1. RGIII (Without selling the draft)
2. RGIII (Sell the draft)
3. Flynn/Colt
4. Cousins/Tannehill and Colt
5. Cousins/Tannehill and Hasselbeck
6. Colt
7. everything else.

I don't want to bring in a FA QB other than Hasselbeck and Flynn, just draft someone and keep colt as your starter.

The thought of Kirk Cousins on the Browns pisses me off.

Me too, but I think he will be the best QB other than Luck and RGIII in the long run.

What if Manning goes to the Cards? Would the Cards cut Kolb or be looking to trade him? If he is cut, would you guys mind Kolb on the team? I'd take Kolb.

i'd take him on the cheap. I worry about his concussion issues. IIRC

Peyton supposedly owns a condo in south beach, and was just down there throwing to Reggie Wayne 2 weeks ago.

With the rumors that they are a package deal, and Wayne having gone to the U, you do start to wonder.

Marshall and Wayne would be a hell of a WR combo.

For me it comes down with what we have to give up. I wouldn't be thrilled at trading anything for him (injury history along with his fat contract) but I definitely think he's an upgrade over McCoy. If we could sign him as a FA that would be ideal.

Kolb is a due a $7 million dollar bonus later this month that Cards have to pay him. That is going to be a hard one for them to stomach.

A lot of NFL players are in South Beach in the offseason, that's where they stay/train/stay in shape. Ochocinco is there now, just knowing that off the top of my head.

Just because he was in Miami throwing to Wayne, doesn't mean he's going to Miami lol

With only $13 million in cap money to play with Miami had better get pretty creative or Manning better give them a big discount.

Washington, with $40 million available, could get Manning, Wayne, Jeff Saturday AND Pierre Garcon (Colts reunion) and still have room to add more while keeping draft picks.

Yeah, THIS is the kind of shit that will give us a better indication of where he'll end up..not, "oh he was just throwing a football at a vacation house in Phoenix, he must be going to Arizona!"

If I'm Garcon I stay in Indy as the #1 having Luck throwing to me the next decade

True, but more than likely he takes whoever pays the most
