Spent a Sat night in the clink in Va Beach while stationed there, then Sun spent the night in a holding cell on base with the MPs. Underage drinking and a fight. Eventually all charges were dropped (got extremely lucky)! Also got in no trouble with the military since there was no civilian charges. I wouldn't of even had to be locked up Sunday night if the damn Va Beach Police didn't forget to take the APB off my car's plates. Since it was Sunday they couldn't clear it up until Monday morning, it sucked. I also took a punch from an MP as well that night!

You may be asking how I avoided trouble with the military even though civilian charges were dropped? At the time I was in Va Beach I was there for school. My instructor and I were very cool and he laid it out to me that if the civilian courts levied punishment, then he would have too as well and I totally didn't see a way I wasn't going to get into trouble with the civilian police so I was scared. When I left court with no charges I was never happier! The reason all my charges were dropped was I was the only one that bothered to show up to court, there were 4 other guys with me plus the guys we fought, I was the only one. The judge dismissed my case! Then I said to myself you got stop getting in trouble, your luck is used up!!

I have, after frosh yr of college I my good friend moved from his old house and I to meet up with him in a park parking lot on W117th near lakewood (for cleveland folks). Well the parking lot closes at 9 and I was there waiting for him about 915 (before iphone and and I didn't have a GPS). Cops rolled up on me and took my friend and I to jail as they thought we were dealing. Towed my car and spent the night in jail, had to get picked up 23.5 hours later (illegal to detain ppl longer than 24 hours without booking). I was never charged with anything and still had to pay to get my car out of the impound lot. I was never read my rights nor was I allowed a phone call.

Where's Ender when you need him?
