NC interim coach Everett Withers coming to tOSU after this game. Mizzou has scored 24 unanswered pts to lead 24-7 in the 2nd qtr. Do we pull for NC because of Withers?

I couldn't care less who wins this game. Withers will be alright at OSU under Meyer. He is coaching as an interim at North Carolina, you can't really expect him to do much.

Hopefully he polishes up on his defense over the off-season.

Lol...he's coaching a team that has basically quit. He knows what he's doing defensively.

We understand this and see it. Interim or not, A good coach/leader cant let the team he is in charge of, quit!!

He's had great success as a position coach. He was awful as a DC at Louisville and Minnesota. The defense isn't horrible at UNC but they're not great either...giving up nearly 25 points per game.

Withers has had very good defenses in his 3 years as DC at UNC. Even in 2010 with his best defensive players not playing, he had a top 30 defense.
