I don't think it's a coincidence that this Mavs-Lakers game is boring and George Lopez is at the game.

He had a half smile during the TO after that shot. I can see Cuban wanting to get rid of him before the trade deadline if he is doesn't get better. Send him to a non-playoff team for some post help(they definitely need it).wildcats20;1055455 wrote:FISH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As big of a bitch as he was after the vetoed trade, I'd take him back in a heart beat.

On the Basket Ball Jones they said that Mich State Women's basketball team is out drawing fans for Detroit Piston to their games. they discussed ways to improve attendance to Pistons games.
Their thoughts; buy a ticket get a house in Det. Buy a partial season ticket series get an abandoned skyscraper. lol

Spurs were leading the Heat in Miami by 14 at the half...
...and lost by 22.
LeBron and Bosh combine for 63 points.

And the Jazz beat the Clippers by 29 in SLC.
7 games tonight and only one end with margin in single digits.

I got home and turned it on because twitter was blowing up with how bad Miami was playing. They were down 10 I think in the third and then flipped a switch and went crazy. Lebron hit 4 straight threes, Chalmers hit 3, Mike Miller went 6-6 from three in his first minutes of the season, Bosh was going crazy, and they were all playing defense. Best quarter of basketball by any team I've seen this year by far.

That would be very interesting. Wonder what the Lakers would give up to get him, or if they'd get another gift trade. My fantasy team would certainly like him to go to the Lakers.

Actually just read that they would only do the deal if GS jumped in as the third team and gave them Kwame Brown. They want him to mentor Lopez the way that he did with Bynum.wildcats20;1057515 wrote:Luke Walton and Derek Caracter. Lol.

All i read from the first paragraph in that article was "QQ I am Deron, and I am sick of losing. If you can't beat them, demand for a trade and join them, QQ."wildcats20;1057394 wrote:http://espn.go.com/los-angeles/nba/story/_/id/7471786/will-los-angeles-lakers-players-deron-williams-stakes

The Nets have really screwed that situation up by getting absolutely nothing around him that might entice him to stay. The Jazz really made out with that trade.

The Nets will try to make up from losing Favors, Harris, draft pick(Kanter) and trade him elsewhere if Bynum/Gasol is not included and the Lakers won't include them. The only way the Nets would trade him to the Lakers is if Prokhorov was promised the Russian presidency in return.
