I wouldnt be surprised to see Norris Cole starting over Chalmers in the very near future. Kid can shoot better and crashes the boards better.

Yeah, Chalmers is a bad fit for the Heat. Cole seems to be a solid one. I know in college he did everything well, and while he wont be needed to do it all for the Heat, at least he isnt a liability.
