I knew he was good. And I've watched him multiple, multiple times. Something just clicked in my head tonight I guess. I honestly would put him as the best player in the game right now.

Rondo plays 7 more minutes a game than Kyrie, isn't the main defenses focus and was just suspended by the league for throwing a ball at a ref..

So yes, I'd take Irving over Rondo.

Also, "Irving entered Wednesday's game averaging 6.2 points in fourth quarters -- the fifth-best total among NBA players with a minimum of 20 games. He's also shooting 51.1 percent from the floor and 52.9 percent from behind the 3-point arc."

Per the Plain Dealer
Do you(or anyone else) think that the ASG for any sports are rewards for 2nd half of last season + 1st half of this season? Not saying just Rondo but maybe every play is? The All-D/NBA/Rookie teams are rewards for the whole season.

KD is great... Not sure I'd put him above LeBron yet though.

However, as good as KD is, Westbrook and Harden are just as important to that team. They're the difference between a good OKC team and a championship caliber one.

I disagree, I still put Lebron over him. Lebron is the absolute complete package.

It pisses me off how Skip Bayless/ESPN is always trying to make a big deal about Westbrook taking too many shots. Dude is a stud, the only other consistent scorers on the team are Harden and KD..he needs to score.

Agreed, and they are a jump shooting team which will hurt them in the postseason imo, just like last year.

I'd say Durant is the better scorer/shooter definitely, but LeBron has the better overall game. His ability to distribute puts him over KD, although it is very close.

Good point but they were insanely hot, more of an exemption to the rule. More often than not you live by the three you die by the three.

Of course everyone is going to discredit my opinion but the only thing Durant does better is shoot the ball. Lebron rebounds in traffic better, is a far better play maker/distributer and defender than Durant. His versatility alone puts him above Durant. Lebron guarded the 1 through5 last night against the Knicks, only guy in the league who can do that. Durant is a phenom though, all props to him.

I agree. Like I said, Durant is a beast and definitely a top 3 player... I don't put him above LeBron though.

There is no way Kevin is a better basketball player. LeBron is averaging 27/8/7

Durant is averaging 27/8/3

Durant doesn't have the vision LeBron has. Durant is a much better shooter though.

And Lebrons numbers would be even greater, he has sat out basically all the 4th quarters recently because they have been blowing teams out. Durant has the stroke but Lebron is a more efficient scorer simply because he is better at getting to the bucket and finishing, and the fact that he can post up more than Durant. Durant in a few years will be the second best player in the league but he will never surpass Lebron because he lacks the feel for the game that Lebron has, something you either have or you don't.

Hit like 4 straight threes and none touched rim, Evan Turner has played extremely well all around as well.

Philly needs to let ET have the keys to the car.

Also, I love what Kyrie and T2 did to end the half...

They were going back and forth.
