I can see the point where he would stay..for the chance to win a national championship. But I can also see why he would go pro...best season yet, stock can't get much higher, Kalil probably leaving.

The fact that he is having a "special announcement" at 4 could mean that he is going to stay.. You dont figure anyone would have a special announcement just to disappoint people, but then look at Lebron.

He's a top 10 pick easily. Not sure what evaluation he's hearing. Though, every interview I've heard from him (probably 3 in the last 2/3 weeks) he's not tipped his hand in the least. TJ McDonald had a presser yesterday announcing he was coming back. Leinart did the same when he came back. Not sure how announcing you are going back to school would disappoint people.

Ah did misread your post. My apologies.
Luckily there is no precedence for people announcing via press conference they are leaving early at SC. Other than Sanchez and Bush, which both had their pressers at Heritage Hall.

Arizona St was playing well at that time in the season and USC wasn't.
