I didn't get to watch this one, but I was keeping track of the score. Really surprised they pulled this out as well.

Last year may have been a "weak" draft, but Irving is a perennial all-star talent already. He's going to go through some growing pains, but he's so good already it's awesome.

Didn't watch as I am hooked on Sons of Anarchy on netflix right now...lol

Nice win though...nice to see them to really hold it together after that as whooping last friday.

Kyrie started slow but he dominated the 4th quarter.
TT had a rough game offensively but he did a pretty solid job guarding Monroe, especially in the 4th. I hope Scott stays with TT in those tight situations, much better than watching Hollins or Erden

[h=1]Erden, Gee suffer facial injuries for Cavaliers[/h] 1 hour, 22 minutes ago

CLEVELAND (AP)—Cavaliers center Semih Erden and guard Alonzo Gee were both taken to the locker room after sustaining facial injuries.
The injuries occurred in the first quarter of Tuesday night’s game against Detroit.

Erden was poked above the right eye by teammate Antawn Jamison while the two were going for a rebound. He needed four stitches to close the cut and returned to the bench in the second quarter.
Gee suffered a nose contusion after being hit by a forearm from the Pistons’ Tayshaun Prince. Gee was defending Prince, who was driving to the basket.
Both players returned to the game late in the second quarter.

Kyrie can ball. Kid is unreal and I can't believe I ever doubted him before the draft. Imagine what he could do with actual talent around him.

Great game to attend. Had some great seats right near the Cavs tunnel.

Kyrie dominated the 4th and had some very flashy passes. T2 didn't score but he kept Greg Monroe at bay in the 4th after Monroe had his way with Erden and Hollins.

If Cleveland got a legitimate scorer next to Irving, this team would be pretty solid.

Of course we all said that with Lebron too. :(

I guess it depends on your opinion of a scorer. Mo Williams averages 14 for his career. Jamison averages 19.6

and if anybody wants to say Jamison isnt a "legitimate scorer", he has the exact same career shooting % as Kobe (.454).

And the defense/defensive rebounding in the game tonight has just been awful. For both teams.

Tonight was just ugly. Kyrie got a good amount of assists but finally had a bad shooting night. Looked a little tired.

That game was brutal, looks like the ASG came at a perfect time for the Cavs

Really interested to see what they do in the 2nd half, hoping for some moves to send Jamison and Ramon out of town.
