I think that is part of the appeal. He is a really nice guy and usually pretty witty, not much to say tonight.

Couture is gonna kill Coleman and I love them both. Coleman didn't advance his game over the years, Randy is light years ahead of him!

Rd 1 gets underway and the fighters throw a quick exchange, Lawlor landed an uppercut that Simpson felt. Lawlor hurt Simpson again with some big punches up against the cage. Lawlor dominating the standup early. Another big right, Simpson is big trouble here half way through the round. Lawlor is teeing off! This isn't gonna get past rd 1! Oh man dude is taking some punishment! Simpson trying to survive the rd. Lawlor not pressing him with a minute left. Simpson survives but Lawlor big time in rd 1.

Rd 2 gets started and Simpson looks to be recovered. Both fighters exchanging on feet. Simpson gets the fights first takedown and secures top. Gets Lawlor's back but can't do much. Fight back up to the feet. Both fighters get a takedown this rd. Much closer rd. Lawlor slowed this rd, Simpson I think won this rd but still might be down 10-8 in rd 1. Lawlor ends with a choke attempt but can't secure it.

Rd 3 starts with Lawlor landing a big left. Simpson gets a nice body kick. Lawlor stuffs an early takedown attempt. Simpson gets a big takedown but Lawlor quickly gets back up and takes Simpson down but right back up they come. Lawlor tries a kamara attempt and is on his back in guard. Simpson works to mount and gets Lawlor's back. Working to get his legs in but not much happening here. Just over a minute to go. Lawlor is exhausted just hanging onto a single leg. Fight gets back to the feet for final 20 seconds. Lawlor is just hanging on, they both start to throw. Close fight but I think it may be a draw. Simpson won rd 3 but if they gave Tom a 10-8 this is a draw.

Simpsons round IMO. If Lawler received a 10-8 first it is a draw if not Simpson takes this one.

Randy may kill Coleman with lots of leaning. he's gonna lean all over Coleman...whether he'll actually do any damage?? remains to be seen. it's absurd for Rogan to say tonight that the winner of this is in title contention at 205. there's 5 guys better than these two in that division easy. maybe more

Simpson earned that decision. Lawlor had a big first round but really spent no time in dominant position. definitely not a 10-8 round IMO. Simpson won the last two and won the fight with heart and cardio. Very entertaining fight.

Underway rd 1 little exchange by the fighters, Efrain lands a body kick. 2 minutes into the rod, not much happening yet, still on feet. Efrain gets the back standing up, throws a few knees working for a takedown. Back to standing. Efrain landed an uppercut and seems to be getting the better o the exchanges, hurts Dunham. Dunham goes down, Efrain GnP'ing. Dunham looking for an armbar. Efrain locks in a guillotine choke. Lets it go back to the feet. Dunham stills looks wobbly. Rd 1 to Efrain.
