Its a good thing the NCAA made that new rule that recruits cant decommit, it makes being 100% sure of these things much easier.

Don't be so sensitive about it. There is a 0% chance he is going elsewhere.Hb31187;1018757 wrote:Oh you know him personally? Thats kinda cool

IMO Wright's heading to SB...he doesn't even have a visit scheduled to tsun, does he?bo shemmy3337;1021059 wrote:Yuri Wirght looks like he will be going blue IMO. that would be a huge 4 star under all American to join the class.
I haven't seen anything that says he favors anyone "wright" now. I don't know if he is planning a visit with Michigan in January or not.vball10set;1021427 wrote:IMO Wright's heading to SB...he doesn't even have a visit scheduled to tsun, does he?
I haven't either, it's just a feeling (I work with a guy who's a Domer maniac and keeps me posted on all things ND, always emailing me articles regarding recruiting, etc.)WebFire;1021436 wrote:I haven't seen anything that says he favors anyone "wright" now. FYI...he didn't like Colorado.karen lotz;1021479 wrote:He's been to Colorado and Notre Dame. Michigan in mid January I believe with Georgia tech and South Carolina (I think) also likely getting visits. I don't necessarily think he is leaning any way right now because it is still relatively early in his recruitment.

They screwed up by having him that week. It was finals week and pretty much a ghost town.karen lotz;1021537 wrote:Haha yeah I saw that. I'm pretty sure that was the first recruit that said he was bored while still on the visit.

UM quarterback submits NFL draft paperwork
BLADE STAFF
ANN ARBOR --- Michigan junior quarterback Denard Robinson has submitted paperwork to the NFL draft advisory board but Wolverines coach Brady Hoke thinks Robinson will stay at the school for his senior year. "We've talked about it and I think it's smart to get an idea," Hoke said Thursday. "I expect him to be back here, but we'll find out what happens. I'm not going to live in hypothetics, but when we get the information we'll proceed like we should."
Hoke said no other underclassmen have applied for feedback from the advisory board, which offers an estimated guess where a player will be taken in the draft. At 6-foot and 195 pounds, Robinson is not a prototypical NFL quarterback. However, his uncanny speed will be an asset whenever he turns pro, and it's possible that organizations are slotting Robinson as a running back or receiver.
"There's some [quarterbacks] out there playing at the next level who have the same skill set," Hoke said.
Robinson will make his 26th straight start as Michigan's quarterback in the Jan. 3 Sugar Bowl against Virginia Tech in New Orleans. He emerged from a mid-year slump to play arguably his two best games in wins over Nebraska and Ohio State to close the regular season.
The last Wolverine to leave school early for the NFL draft was Donovan Warren, who was unselected in 2010.
On Wednesday, Robinson told ESPN.com's Adam Rittenberg he applied to the advisory board but that he "most likely" will return to Michigan in 2012.
In other news, Hoke doesn't foresee any of his players missing the bowl game for academic reasons.
