I still highly doubt it happens.wildcats20;1003828 wrote:So according to Mike and Mike, the Lakers are willing to trade anyone except Kobe to get CP3 and Dwight.
Yeah, I don't understand how it would. What do the Lakers have to offer? I don't see anyway that could happenCommander of Awesome;1003839 wrote:I still highly doubt it happens.
Of course Bynum/Gasol/Odom aren't on the level of Dwight or CP. But they might be the best that the Magic and Hornets are offered so it's either take what you can get or wait until next off-season when they both sign with other teams and you are left empty handed.Commander of Awesome;1003887 wrote:Well its the Lakers so we'll have to listen to BSPN talk about it an Brett Farve nausea. I suppose Bynum/Gasol could garner some interest but neither are on the Howard/CP3 level. They really have no shot as other teams would be able to provide much better packages than the Lakers. I don't see them having anything comparable to what the Nets offered for Williams or Knicks offered for Melo. Pipe dream being blown out of proportion by BSPN, typical.
Wait, Odom is one dimensional? Say what?Midstate01;1004544 wrote:Who in the heck do the lakers have to trade????? Odom's one dimensional and Gasol is softer then Chris bosh.

Hmm I somewhat I agree, though a big (esp one like Howard) is gold in the NBA. I'd say there are more pgs in the league than there are good bigs. I think I'd still take Howard even though I enjoy watching Paul better. Howard is just that valuable.Pick6;1004566 wrote:On the Laker situation, if I can only get Dwight or Paul, I take Paul easy. You already have two pretty damn good big guys and point guard has always been the weakest spot on this team. Gasol, Kobe, Paul, Artest, Odom.
Except when he said Lebron was staying all of you Cavs fans kept pointing to him as a legit source because he was close to Lebron.Commander of Awesome;1004720 wrote:I'm gaining some respect for Marc Stein, he's putting to rest the ridiculous claim that Lakers could get both Howard and CP3. How Chris Broussard still has a job is beyond me, he's just the guy that makes ridiculous claims about top markets getting top players and everyone then has to talk about it. Zero cred with me.

lol, I am sure the idiot will try to spin this as hard as possible. Gotta love how the dumbass groups a whole fanbase together, because maybe one fan decided Broussard was credible enough.Commander of Awesome;1004825 wrote:Show me.
