Watch the overall play and intensity of the bad teams. The amount of defense and 'offense' they run is laughable.

I disagree about it being meaningless this year because of the shortened season. Him missing 3 weeks(14 games) would be huge on playoff seeding. In that span at BEST they go like 6-8 without kobe. Teams don't care about who they play in the playoffs? You think the Lakers would rather host a team like Portland or go to OKC in the playoffs?
