Hopefully the only surprise is Brian Poole. Not too likely though.

No surprises is actually a good thing imo, means they made up their mind early and have some conviction about their decision. The bad surprises (flippers) I hope to keep to a minimum, zero is a good number, but those don't actually sting as bad as they weren't convinced as much as they should have been.
