When you post...You're no longer a lurker. :)

There's ten of us (or so) who post. I bet there's twice that many that lurk.

AD sent out a map detailing available parking...apparently the campus is under construction. Helpful info...plan on walking. Get there early...always seems to be long ticket lines.

Our run defense better bring it tonight or it will be over in a hurry. NW has shown some no-back with 5 wide, so Vic hasn't thrown that portion of the playbook in the trash yet. I still think our athleticism will give them fits on the edge and we have not put our best 11 on the field yet in either scrimmage due to some injuries and illness. This may be the quickest/fastest team that we have had in a long while as far as overall team speed...it has the makings for an exciting year.

Lets go Red Riders!

I thought people would be smart enough to understand the question. I was asking if the wrap would be removed. Old Rider must be in name only IDIOT !

Seriously...on one side of the pressbox is going to read "Heartland Field" on both sides....on the other side of the press box, it's still going to say Serpentini, just not Serpentini Field.[/QUOTE Thanks for the respectful answer.

Overall Nice win for these Riders! A few things I think they need to work on: Kick offs - over pursue of the runner. Honestly I would rather see them kick it out of bounds every time. The handoffs have to be better-too many times they were at the upper chest instead of into the gut. We were lucky we only fumbled the one late in the game there could have been many more. My biggest concern was the overall conditioning of the players. Yes it was hot but I have never seen a team suck more wind and hunch over more then I did last night. The talent is there and I thought the play calling was really good. Hopefully Zook is alright and we can learn from the mistakes and get better. Just my opinion of course but overall it was a great win in Week 1

For as many guys we had playing both ways, I thought we did well conditioning-wise.

I'm definitely an outsider on this thread but I can't see how people are counting out the Red Riders. They don't rebuild, only reload. Hope to catch a game on the new turf this year it looks great. Congrats on the win!
