I follow Metsblog.com, which is basically run by a Mets fan who sweats the Wilpons' balls and gets a nice check, and he is trying to pump up the fanbase about the Mets interest in Jack Wilson and Matt Capps. How do you get excited about: Jack Wilson -- formerly a great defensive player with a little pop in his bat; now the bat's gone and the defense is eroding! Reds acquire Sean Marshall from Cubs for Travis Wood and 2 minor leaguers (unnamed thus far).
Good for the Reds, fuck the Cubs. Marshall is the best LHRP in baseball.
