I think Albert stays in StL, Fielder goes to the Cubs and Wilson signs with the Angels.

Which might be what the Angels are thinking when he's 40, batting .210 with 15 homers and making about 30M. Assuming they don't win 4 world series with him. If that happens, they'll probably not care that much.

That Wilson contract looks pretty good. Surprised the Yankees didn't top it, or maybe he didn't want to go there.

The Angels can afford these guys, they draw a ton of fans.

Pujols turned down a 10 year 275 million $ contract from the Marlins. No trade clause was huge to him apparently.

Don't worry, BAB, after another decade or so, that fire will fade and the online Mets fans will be like us Pirates fans --- the equal of neutered dogs talking about fucking.

When you catch yourself saying things like, "We ought to get good innings and some wins out of Kevin Correia" and "At least Barajas gives us some pop at catcher!", it's time to pull the plug...

haha, thanks man! I follow Metsblog.com, which is basically run by a Mets fan who sweats the Wilpons' balls and gets a nice check, and he is trying to pump up the fanbase about the Mets interest in Jack Wilson and Matt Capps. F-CK THAT SH-T!!!

How do you get excited about: Jack Wilson -- formerly a great defensive player with a little pop in his bat; now the bat's gone and the defense is eroding! Or: Matt Capps -- he CAN give you good middle/late-inning relief...or he might flat-out suck. Spin the wheel and hope it stops on the "good" option!

Yeah, that guy has an uphill battle. Kinda like I would if I was trying to glorify Pittsburgh's recent moves.

ERIC BEDARD will be great!!!! For the 1.5 months he's healthy next year...
Hey, remember how good NATE McLOUTH was for us a couple years ago?!?! He'll be the exact same guy minus about 100 batting average points this time around!!!!

Reds acquire Sean Marshall from Cubs for Travis Wood and 2 minor leaguers (unnamed thus far).

Good for the Reds, fuck the Cubs. Marshall is the best LHRP in baseball.
