^Buy him out. Get rid of him somehow--they absolutely HAVE to get rid of one of them, they can't afford to have both of those contracts either. Especially with 11 draft picks.

I don't remember Lewis having a problem with discipline. My thing with wanting to replace Mangini now is that there are so many top-notch coaches available right now - Gruden, Billick, Shannahan, Cowher, Fassel - that I think waiting could cost the Browns a shot at a difference-maker among coaches.
Lewis spent alot of time complaining about the length of practice, and how Mangini is working them too hard. Can't have that out of a guy that is a captain.
