Obama named his book after one of Wright's sermons and referred to Wright as his "spiritual advisor". These denounciations, have you checked the timing?

Come on. If Cain had sat in Parseley's church for 20yrs and named his book after one of his sermons and called Parsley his "spiritual advisor" you would be railing on Cain.

He could do like Obama did and re-evalute his relationship with Wright while running for public office. I'll be you a steak dinner if someone were to ask Cain about the statement he would likely say he was referring to radical Muslims. Not all Muslims. And if Parsely was referring to all Muslims, then well Cain would be outraged. "His comments certainly do not portray accurately the Islamic religion as a whole. Just an element of it." All Cain would have to say.
2008 taught us these pastoral issue can be quickly explained away when running for public office. I am sorry you will have to try something else.
