I think he means the alternate jerseys for Notre Dame and Maryland being used.

Personally I really like them both. I think Maryland's unpopular jerseys are actually awesome and I'm glad that they're wearing them.

There are some rumblings that Kiel has committed to EE in January, but I'll save my expectations until I see some more smoke on this one. I'd be more excited about the increased chance of getting Keith Marshall that would result from this than actually having Gunner Kiel as a player lol

I read one blog saying so. I would be surprised if it didn't happen at this point. The more Tommy Rees shows his mediocrity, the more appealing Notre Dame becomes.

Kiel was never planning on making the trip. It was just a poorly written tweet that spread fast.

The latest from the 247 update is they are trying to get him to ND for the BC game. It also pointed out that HE cancelled the trip to Alabama last weekend. His team is in the playoffs and it meant much more to him to be with his teammates than make that trip.

I hope Gunner commits because he's the #1 QB in the country. Getting Marshall as a result would definitely be ok too.
