Maryland cutting their track program in a year worked in our favor. IMO. His other top school also did not have a track program.

Friday Night Lights is already paying off.
Today, Ohio State accepted a commitment from Timothy Gardner, a 6-5, 320-pound guard from Lawrence Central in Indianapolis.
You may remember Gardner as the recruit that committed to Ohio State via Twitter in late June causing recruitniks to scramble before Gardner eventually deleted the tweet after it was determined that he really didn't have an offer on the table.
It's believed the staff wanted to see Gardner work to lose a little weight and he did just that, slimming down from 340 to a 320-pound appearance at FNL last night in the Shoe. While there, he worked with Orlando Pace and LeCharles Bentley, among other Buckeye greats, and performed well enough to secure a spot in the 2013 class.
Gardner joins Centerville's Evan Lisle as the second, and possibly final, offensive lineman to commit to Ohio State as a part of this class.
He held offers from Toledo, Indiana, Purdue and Notre Dame.

Sounds like Cam Burrows is getting abused at CB at the Gridiron Kings. Has there been talk of him moving to Safety? Seems a lot of people think that's where he'll be in college.

No...not trolling.

I think a lot of ppl think he's a safety. But I take nothing from 7 on 7's because offenses usually dominate.

Morris was terrible as well.

If that's where Coach Meyer thinks he should play, then that's where he'll play ;)

Agree on the 7 on 7s. Not sure where you get your Morris news though.

Well, duh. ;) You just don't see 5* guys struggle like that. Makes me why wonder why he is playing CB now in HS?

Umm did you watch. His second half was horrendous. Threw everything into traffic. Had no touch on the ball. He was awful.

really? My junior year I played OLB and TE, naturally a DB and a WR. I was about 5'9" 160. Coaches play you in the position thats best for the team, not yourself.

Touch on the ball is certainly something he has been criticized at a lot of camps. He throws about 100 mph all the time. That's something the coaches will have to work on. But he didn't suck like Burrows sucked. Obviously no one can speak negative about anything to do with your beloved Bucks.

I agree that Burrows isn't a Big Ten CB.

He will be a very good safety though.
