Yeah, and of course he's already hurt before the season starts. I really hate the Dolans...Laley23;1097499 wrote:The thing that pissed me off more than ANYTHING this offseason was Grady Sizemore. Not even so much that we picked up his option. But when Manny Acta said something to the effect of "we hope Grady can play around 100 games this season". So, we picked up an option on a guy who, if 100% healthy ALL YEAR, still missed about 60 games for rest. Not to mention, the odds were at about 1% he would be able to stay healthy.
That really irked me. Like, I wanted to throw something.

Good times! Damn, Joey...you're starting to look like the love child of Grady from Sanford & Son and Romeo Crennel. Still my favorite Tribe player. Nobody punished a pitcher like Albert Belle...

Tribe opened the Cactus League season today fighting to a 6-6 tie with the Reds. David Huff looked good today starting and pitching 2 scoreless innings. Frank Hermann...not so much...he was tagged for 4 runs.
Michael Brantley led off the season with a bang... a double to start the season off.
