Any cheese that isn't overly moldy or smells like my running shorts after a 10-mile run. I have no idea how people can eat that stuff. Then again the though of mayonnaise disgusts me yet I know people that can lick if off their fingers.

Taleggio is my favorite, but in general the best cheese I have ever eaten was this ridiculously-awesume unpasteurized cheese we bought in Paris. Grabbed a bunch of cheeses (guy just picked out several for us, couldn't begin to tell you the games) and we grabbed a bottle of wine and scarfed it down on the train to Germany. Great stuff.
