Such rules have also required the NCAA to write new rules stating that, when looking at instant replay video, the zeros on the clock, not the horn or red light, now determine the end of the game.

Bill Raftery is the gold standard of color commentators. I also miss Al McGuire from his final few years. Damn he was good. Last game I heard him announce was Duke-Temple in the NCAA regionals in '99.

Best Reftery moment for me, (ok, not best, but it made me lol) was when he was doing a Syracuse game 2 years ago.

"...and Gus, Syracuse comes out, and they are not playing....man-da-man" He just had to work it into the start of the broadcast. I loved it.
