Wow. Louie Vito is really making it big. I still keep waiting for him, however, to make it big on the big stage in the world of snowboarding. I know he's made it there (Winter X and Olympics) so that has to say something, but I've yet to see him deliver on either of these big stages. I keep hearing this will be the year but keep getting left disappointed.

On a side note, I went to college with his sister and she was a really nice girl. Family definitely seems to have their head on straight.

No he is not. Not even close. Top 10, yeah. MAYBE even top 5. But certainly not #2.

They do, I know them all well and they're a great family. I work for his dad Lou at a local radio station. I interviewed Louie when I was doing the news...back when he was just starting to go out to snowboarding school. We did the interview at his house in Bellefontaine...had a half pipe in the back yard...and basically did some video of him doing some pretty wild tricks on the skateboard. I'll be honest, I was a little turned off by the interview...I never thought he was going to go anywhere, but I'm glad I did it at this point.

On a side note, he has had some major success in big events lately. Last year he was 5th in the Olympics...with a final run that the announcers though would land him on the podium. He also placed 2nd at the US Open, 3rd at the Euro Winter X Games and won the Winter Dew Tour. Earlier this year he placed 3rd in the X-Games and 1st in the Euro Winter X Games. Definitely in his prime right now.

Summary for Raw Dawgin' it - SnotBubbles wants to jack off to his spread and blow him.

Hmmmm... I really thought he placed worse than 5th at the Olympics and worse than 3rd at Winter X. I looked it up on Wikipedia (and yeah, I know that's not great for factual information, but hey... it's usually a good source) and you appear to be spot on with your #s, so...

Anyone know what the difference is, btw, between Winter Euro X and European Winter X-Games?! Or are they the same?

Same basic thing...just one is in Europe. Usually the same main players participating.
