The fact that they can't even account for 5 hours at all at this point is shady
I'm not sure that not being able to account for every single hour is tantamount to being guilty of working with no pay. It just means that they don't have a paper trail to prove it.
While we debate how much pocket change that Posey got improperly...let's look at some really sad numbers.
Ohio State has spent $142,000 to Larry James firm for legal counsel and defense for the 15 players involved in tattoo-gate and Bobby G.'s hiring of players allegedly improperly. OSU has also incurred other expenses totalling almost $800,000 since the 'scandal' broke last December. Do you want to know how much improper benefits or trading memoribilia for tattoos involved this totals up to?

....$ 8-9000
and you say the system is not broken.
and this is typical and occurs all over the country.
Michigan $600,000 for Rich Rod. Boise $200,000 and counting. Auburn spent $170,000 on Cam Newton alone. Tennessee $300,000 and counting...Alabama, Miami etc etc .

and... while we continue to debate the the change in NCAA scofflaw Posey's pocket, it should be noted that apparently it is not against NCAA rules to drive drunk...not even three times! Notre Dame wide receiver Michael Floyd convicted last spring and wisely(and finally) suspended by coach Brian Kelley was reinstated on the team in early August. He missed the spring and summer workouts.. LOL. Game suspensions...ZERO.
