That's what Dusty would do, stay with his pattern for the 8th or 9th regardless of what special factors are at work, like Holland throwing well with 4 outs in 13 pitches. I think the right move is to leave Holland in with the 3 run lead, at least until he allows a runner on. You never know when one of your usually reliable relief pitchers come in and have an off night.
