Bad half inning for the Cards! Pitcher spent the entire inning on the bases and they gave momentum to the Phils by not capitalizing on the situation, even with the bad play by the Phils! How many baserunners does Tony allow Carp to have before he yanks him?

How does Tony play the bottom of the 9th assuming its still 1-0? Does he let Carp go out. Start the inning with Mott. Or use a lefty to start and maybe go lefty, righty, lefty?
