My question is who is Brown representing? It's not the conservatives because he does a lot of more liberal things and it isn't liberals or independents because he supports things like COICA, PROTECT IP, etc.

Who is voting for him?

Democrats don't care what the politician actually accomplishes, they just see the "D" next to his name and click their checkbox.

Republicans tend to be smarter and in the minority, so I'm sure there are some R's that do, but its more of a democrat issue.
