Texas really wants the Big 12 to stick with 10 teams. Fewer teams to divide TV revenues with. We'll see how much power they really have. I don't personally see it happening. Too risky.

But the other members of the B12 really want 12 teams, including Oklahoma and Oklahoma State. That said though, you can't blame them for giving it the ole college try, but the fact remains they won't be eating a piece of this pie no matter how hard they try. The 16 team format proposed by Mountain westers...too many. I guess hoping against hope one of them would miraculously slip in. I get it but give me a break.
