It's not so much "knee jerk" in the "he lost his first game, he's gotta go" as much as I don't think I've EVER seen a Browns coach get off to such a horrible start (AJ Green screwup and sending an injured punter out). It's excusable to lose in your first game as a coach but this guy had lead many, including myself, to believe that he had his shit together. It just comes off as a bit of a knee jerk reaction by some on here. Give the guy some time. If the same mistakes/mishaps are happening midway thru the season or later....that's a little more understandable.

Sometimes things just don't come together in a particular game for one reason or another. I think the important thing will be to see if he learns from his mistakes. And he's probably gonna need some time to show that ability....especially with that youth movement philosophy by the Browns. You have to live with some of the mistakes the young guys make.

For as bad as Collins was last week, Wayne still went for over 100 yards and a TD.
