What I eat pretty much everyday for lunch. Though I space it out through out the day so I'm never starving.

You're assuming it's a "healthy" salad.

1.5 lbs Cajun turkey breast with a big ass salad made of red leaf lettuce, kale, cherry tomatoes, red onion, yellow/red/orange bell peppers covered in EVOO & balsamic with an iced coffee with Stevia to wash it down.

Was the turkey sandwich you ate processed turkey or fresh turkey and were your "baby carrots", how appropiate, soaked in chlorine?

Possibly. I never ask. The only real complaints I've gotten on the smell of my food were a couple months ago when I heated up some leftover salmon patties. My response to those complaints was to make sure I ate the rest of those leftovers there.

Fresh from a deli. No carrots were not soaked in chlorine.

Healthy Choice Jamaican Chicken. I'm trying the "eat 6 times a day" thing, so I've had a Granola & Yogurt bar and strawberry yogurt prior to lunch.

Lol its being catered in at my work. And Im happy with the "shit" I eat. I also bother with the salad because I like to eat it.

And the salad is just a mix of different lettuces, tomato, cheese, egg, and carrots.
