I just finished replacing my wife's cracked iPhone 4 screen. If it was for the tiniest screws I've ever seen it would've been pretty easy.

How did you get the screws out? I have the right screwdriver, but my fucking screws will not budge. It seems like they're stripped.

The damn phone fell out of my pocket and now I have a small crack on the backplate. It's not noticeable unless you are looking for it, but I have a replacement that I'd like to switch out.

Are you trying to take out the bottom 2 screws? They aren't phillips head. They are some weird star shape that you need a tool for. All the screws inside the phone are Phillips head though.

Apple does not see themselves as another tech company though...they see themselves as THE TECH COMPANY and nothing ever goes wrong with their big projects

Sure. I see them just like any other company...stuff happens. I really don't care how others view them. It isn't like this hasn't happened to any of their products in the past.

Yeah, but only Apple tries to build the illusion that they are high quality. #fraud

I personally believe they do make quality devices. Saying that, I am surprised that no one has mentioned the battery drain problem with ios 5.

"OMG, my Facebook gives me status updates every 30 seconds, but I don't know why my battery is dying so fast." My iPhone 4S battery does just fine, because I am not a retard.

+ 1

Bought my wife one. She leaves for work from full charge, texting, a few games during work day, a few phone calls.
At night she texts, plays some zombie farm game and talks on phone with her mom.
After all that use, the battery is usually near 50%.

The battery is so much better than my rooted Android.

Some Siri users felt kind of lost without their personal assistant. That's pretty amazing when you consider that Siri is definitely a new hire. The iPhone 4S went on sale October 14. But some people already have come to depend on her in those three weeks.
"(I)t was awful. I had to use the annoying google app to find a jamba juice!!" the Twitter user @The_Beer_Baron_ wrote in response to a question from CNN about the outage.

At first I was having difficulty getting my Contacts that were synced with Google Sync to appear on my new iPhone 4S. Then, I was able to figure out how to get my Google Sync Contacts onto my iPhone 4S by using Account > Exchange > Mail, Contacts, Calendars. Two problems now...

(1) I can't figure out how to get my Contacts now from this "Exchange" to my iCloud, and

(2) My Google Calendar appears to be 'loaded' twice onto my iPhone 4S.

Can anyone help me with these issues?
