lol. Turns out my iPhone was updated, but iTunes was just "froze" in the restoring apps phase...
I just wasted 20 minutes for nothing, smh.
Oh well, off to mess around with iOS 5 now.

Well, I've spent the evening trying to get iTunes to connect to the iTunes Store and the update server. Apparently iTunes uses IE to connect to the server, come to find out I just needed to download the latest version of IE, since I never use it. iOS 5 will have to wait until tomorrow.

iOS 5 was a very nice update. Kinda sucks that Siri is 4S only, but I guess they need something other than hardware upgrades to entice the general consumer to upgrade.chicago510;932020 wrote:That's lame. With that said, there is an app called "Dragon Go" that's a pretty nice voice recognition app, though it's no where near in depth in terms of system integration as Siri.
I've seen some demos of Siri on reviews and it's amazing.

And I just updated my 3GS. Have to wait till the 19th to get my upgrade, so I'll play with iOS 5 till then to figure everything out.
