It didn't show up for me either. I tried before I left for work. I heard last night it wasn't going live until 10am.

My buddy ordered his directly from Apple, and he got shipment confirmation on Monday. I ordered mine from AT&T, and I still am yet to get a shipment confirmation. Here is a dumb question, b/c I honestly don't know... Can you download and update iOS 5 from the App store, or do you have to do it on your computer?

It came out yesterday afternoon. 10.5 is required to get iOS 5, but they are separate.

I was wondering if you could just do it right from the App store on your iPhone, or if you actually had to plug the iPhone into the computer, go to iTunes, and download it from there. Until you are on iOS 5, you have to do it through iTunes. Once you are on iOS 5, the cloud can take care of the rest.

That's the HSPA+ (new Atrix will have that as well)...a.k.a AT&T's "3.5G" network. So you won't see that on VZW as it's either old 3G (which was always slower than AT&T) or LTE, which the new IPhone is not.se-alum;931099 wrote:As an AT&T user, I liked this part:
I can't tell you how prevalent the HSPA+ tech is in AT&T's network, only that they've begun rolling out LTE so probably won't be doing much more HSPA+ upgrades.
