So if you remember my trial separation thread. Well things have got a little better, however today I kinda snooped through my wifes phone(bad I know) but found some suspicious messages that sseem weird but arent clear.

Not sure if I should confront or ignore cause I could be wrong and what I did was wrong.

Telling her you snooped will automatically make her go on the defensive and do the woman thing and turn the attack on you for being suspicious. Even if she is doing something wrong, she won't admit it and will just use you snooping as an excuse to deflect the attack back on you. It's a lose lose for you.

I would write the number down in the phone, find out who he is and what her relationship is with him before you do anything. If she is cheating, definitely contact a lawyer and move you assets before you serve her notice.

I can't say I'd be asking ethical questions here. You'll get one of the following answers, without any substantiation:

- You're right.
- You're wrong.
- Upper deck her.
- Do her best friend/sister/mother/etc.
- Srs bznss
- Cool story bro.

Do whatever you need to do to "investigate" on your own. Bringing it up to her will be nothing but bad news.

Saying things like, thanks for dinner, I feel sick now im laying in the living room with panties on. After going out saying she was going to his house instead of coming home. The thing is none of his responses seem as strange. More like a friend on his responses. God this sucks.

Seriously though...sounds like a lawyer or private investigator is needed before confronting her.

I agree that a PI would be good.

Woman don't tell their male "friends" that they are laying on the floor with their panties on.

Don't be naive. Get out now.

Men do not have platonic friends. They just have women they haven't f***ed yet.

Dude, you just need to face it and realize your wife is banging this other guy. Contact a lawyer as others have said and move any assets you have. Divorce is imminent.

If the texts from the guy sound non-explicit, I'm saying he's either (a) scared of you, or (b) not interested. If a woman says she's laying around in her panties, and a guy is interested, his texts don't stay Rated-G.

However, it probably DOES mean that she wants his peen. I hate to say it, but it's true.

Heres the thing, if you are married, you have a right to know what each other is doing. If she cannot share everything, even before marriage, it is doomed. Some people have a messed up idea of what marriage is, and that is why the divorce rate is at over 50%.

I agree with this. Nothing should be hidden in a good marriage. I wouldn't care if my wife picked up my phone and went through it, and I wouldn't be around if she wouldn't let me do the same.

After reading some of these relationship threads, I've come to the conclusion that more people on this site need to look into two little words: DOMESTIC ABUSE.
