not surprised it happened in florida...not being stereotypical, but I feel like this is the 3rd or 4th video I have seen where coaches go after refs, all taking place in florida...

One of the best days of my life was when my kids were all done with youth league sports. I was really starting to get a bad rep.

Reps for truth.

Coaches should be permanently banned from coaching in the state, and the players involved should be suspended for the season. Player who tackled the ref should be charged with whatever the law allows there.

This stuff makes my blood boil.

First, anybody assaulting a ref should be barred from any sports competition _for life_. They have no place in the game to do that crap. Regardless of whether the ref was good or bad, you take it up with the organization running the league after the fact. The guy that did the flying take-down of the ref deserves jail time.

This is inexcusable for any level, let alone the fact this is 'youth' sports. What example are you showing? That violence is okay when things don't go your way?
