Miller's passing mechanics are clearly better than Pryor's were coming out of high school (might be better than Pryor passing mechanics are now). Obviously not as good of a runner (though still a good runner) and not the physical specimen Pryor is. I still think that Miller has the physical and mental skills that will make him a better all-around QB than Pryor.
