Recently saw a commerical during pawn stars about a guy coming in to try and sell them some energy drink. He wanted 3 bucks a pop for them.

They haggled it and the jist of it was that it was an add for that stupid energy drink.

I thought it was pretty tacky.

Lame. Any show that starts whoring for dumb-ass energy drinks is in trouble.

That's kinda in one of the commercials. He calls the Old Man over since he's an expert on energy.

Old Man: What are you trying to do with this son? Do you wanna sell it or pawn it.
Energy Guy: I want to sell it.
Old Man: What do you want for it guy.
Energy Guy: I was thinking $3.
Old Man: That ain't gonna happen. I'll give you fifty cents for it.
Energy Guy: How about $2
Old Man: I'll tell you what, I'll give you $1--- cash money. Deal?

Jersey Shore is doing the same thing with one of those energy shots. Two of the girls go into a Pizzeria in Italy and try to talk to them, but they all speak Italian while the two of them speak English. It's on 4-5 times during the show and is retarded.

You misspelled "what's" in your attempt to correct his grammar. Nice job, teacher.

Remember he's going to teach Health. He only has to spell penis right and he's got that down pat.

My wife is a reality show junkie. Because of our work schedules, we have about 2-3 hours in the evening during the week to spend time together. I'll admit I got hooked simply because I like seeing the ridiculous way these people react. I watch it for laughs because they're dumb.

The only reality show that I watch because I truly enjoy it is Big Brother. One day, you'll see me on there rockin an OC shirt.

I'm right there with you Big Kahuna. My wife watches all of that crap; Jersey Shore, Real Housewives, Teen Mom, etc. She is a very educated woman so I am shocked she likes all that stuff. She is constantly asking me to watch the shows with her. I get stuck watching some of it-- a lot of time I just wind up getting up at some point and getting on the OC or another site or two I frequent.

Does this mean that he is going to do the banana and condom demonstration or bring up a 14 year old boy and put it on him in front of the class?

That's exactly what I do. I bust out the laptop, so I'm still there with her. The only thing I refuse to watch and end up going into the bedroom to watch tv is that Bachelor/ette/pad bull crap.

Visited the shop in Vegas last week on vacation. Obviously didnt see anyone from the show, place was packed with tourists. I would say 1/3 of the items for sale in the shop are items promoting the show and Rick's family...It was a neat 15 minute stop while in Vegas. Everything was way too overpriced. I saw one item from the show that the old man bought for $30....He is now selling it for $300!!!

It is on Las Vegas Blvd., about a mile north of the Stratosphere and just short of Fremont Street...

I've figured that out by watching the show. They low ball people by a BIG MARGIN when they buy and opposite when the sell. Obviously they're trying to make money, but they're border line crooks.
