Looks like someone has done from Perry up? I just ran into already done ones there.
Maybe not, Northwest still needs it.

I did Perry because they played an East.

And you put the wrong East, dumbass. (Massillon Perry vs. Akron East, you put Clev. East)

I'm heading to bed and I am going to get up at 5am to update the vbulletin software to see if it will get rid of some of these errors. If someone is bored and wants to work on that list of rejected schools here is a quick tutorial.
Go to this page: http://nethers.com/node/add/high-school
For schools out of state just enter the school name in the title and put "..." or something in the Description field. Set "Membership" to closed and uncheck List in Groups Directory. Click save.
For schools in the state enter the school name as the title and put in something in the description field and save. I'll worry about addresses later.
Some schools will be in the system, they'll just be named slightly different. If there is a row that looks like both schools should be in there just do a search on the /node2 page and make a note of it here. I can update the spreadsheet and then import it again when everything is accounted for.

OOS schools are in.
For the in-state ones, they were all there but like 3... but dumbass things had it tied up (spelling errors, the presence/lack of a period after St., spaces after Mc in names with that)
I edited the existing schools to match the master schedule so it stops rejecting it, because I didn't know if you wanted essential duplicates.

I would probably blog about outdoor things.
And when I say "stay away from politics" I don't mean bitching about the new street cameras in Columbus or hunting regulations or things like that I mean the stupid rhetoric in the poli forum of "impeach kasich" "obama sucks" "this country is failing"
Did we ever make a decision regarding politics blogging in general? I saw scarlet_buckeye step up to offer, and after the food stamp thread, that scares me.

Also, the scoreboard still fails at grouping schools by county/conference properly. From some of the data entry we did the other day I know the info is in there correctly for a lot of them, but the filter sucks, apparently.
Obviously the whole issue yesterday took up a lot of your time, but I figure you'd still want to know where we were at in terms of getting all of the kinks out.

What? You disagree with his views on there? LOL. The man is seriously out of touch. I'm trying to remember if I pissed him off or something that would make him think I'm an awful person (other than the fact that I'm just an awful person)ts1227;874474 wrote:Did we ever make a decision regarding politics blogging in general? One other random quirk:
Went to merge duplicate threads created in HS forum. Went through process, entered my password to confirm, and then it looped me back to the new OC front page. When I went back in, they weren't merged. Did this twice, then just said fuck it and closed the second thread created.

It will be sort of like that. It will have three columns and a bunch of content like that.
Also, if someone gets a chance can they grab week 2 schedules from ohsaa?

Only thing I dislike is now when you click on the Ohio Chatter logo, it takes you to the main page and not the forums page.
