I used to eat out a ton but have slowed that to a crawl when it comes to meals at work. I pretty much bring my lunch all the time. It is pretty rare I go out or hit the cafe. How about you all?

and yes I know you all mostly will know what brown bagging it was however with all these younger folks they may have never seen a brown bag lunch LOL!

I usually brown bag it. Maybe once a week/every two weeks, I'll go to subway. That's about the only fast food I eat anymore. I never do the cafeteria because I hate school food for 12 years and really don't want it for another 35+

Well I was thinking more of the lines you just ate what your coworker brought but hey if mom is there why not I mean she is single now :)

On the go for work most days ie in the car so I dont eat the most healthiest but I try to have cheerios and a budweiser for breakfast.

It depends, at my old job I had a 30 minute drive and got compensated so I never packed and they didn't have a cafe, so it was out. Where I am now they have a cafeteria and I don't get compensated for driving so I usually pack but sometimes buy. Once I move I will probably go back to more buying than packing, even though I'd save a ton more monies by packing.

On average I go out 3 days, pack 1, don't eat 1 since it's a half day. Try to eat healthy one of those 3 meals out.

Three days a week I'll go to the Canteen and get a salad, one day a week I'll pack. Thursdays we usually order Chinese. Payday Friday we usually order out a nice lunch.

I bring my lunch pretty much every day. Only way to eat healthy for the most part. Plus I tend to snack throughout the day to keep the metabolism going. I figure I stick to my diet during the week makes it easier to cheat on the weekends.

I actually normally drive home for lunch since Im too lazy in the morning to make it. But somedays we get food brought it or I go out to a fast food place.

Damn LJ how do that not get boring? But what kind of nutri grain bar? I am currently enjoying a cherry pomegranate one.
