You must have missed cut, cap, and balance that the HoR passed and the senate refused to even vote on. Which would have actually done something with respect to our deficit and debt unlike the crap that finally passed.

It isn't the only knock but it is certainly the largest knock and my biggest disappointment with him.

I'm an independent and I can't see much of anything this POTUS has done that warrants being re-elected.

I'm an independent and while I agree with that on many fronts I also don't subscribe to the "anything else is a per se improvement" philosophy. So I'll continue to be skeptical of any and all candidates. Unfortunately they all fucking suck so far, including Obama.

Ultimately, it's not the Federal government's responsibility to "create" jobs, anyway. I would much rather prefer a leader that believes in getting the Federal government out of the way of the growth of the private sector, which would perpetuate new positions that would need filled.

Frankly, there are several Republicans currently in contention that I'm not sure understand that any better than the president does.

Honestly, with some of them, you're going to get much of the same in terms of wasteful spending. The only difference will be what they spend the unconstitutional portion of the taxes on.

Neither party is a good option, at the moment. No wonder people are sick of the current administration, but are hard-pressed to find a viable alternative.

BO is a failure. That some of the Repub candidates MIGHT also be a similar failure doesn't abdicate the need for a change. If Barry were running a company any of us owned, he'd have been fired already. Oh, wait....we DO own this and yet, somehow, some people would let him continue to collect a paycheck.

Honestly, when someone is this incompetent and this ineffective there's no justification to fear something worse.

I didn't mean to imply that the job creation I was speaking of should have come from a or a group of mandates or anything. Just that whether from lack of effective policy or too much policy (hint: it's a mix of both not just the latter as Republicans will have you believe) we haven't seen job growth like we'd like to.
