lol...delusional.
Haha

I mean obviously that's not true, but I just love that he says that type of shit cuz he just doesn't give a fuck.

Yeah I'll admit, I like watching him. He's mouthy as fuck during a match. I remember watching him at Inter when he was 18. He had no fear...getting in the face of any and everyone. Also a beast on FIFA.

Ohio Wesleyan men's soccer won 4-0 tonight to advance to the D3 national championship game. Certainly a great feat at any level.

I play for Wittenberg and I'm surprised they are doing this well. This is the worst team they've had IMO since I've been here (4 years)

I know they graduated a strong class (my graduating class) last year. I was also surprised to see them this far. Good for them though, they have lost a lot of tough tournament matches lately.

I figured if they were going to win it all, it was going to last year.

And did you hear about them having $25,000 of gear stolen?

Speaking of Mad Mario, what a goal he just scored for City lol. Wide open in front of goal his initial shot saved. Ball popped up and was falling right to him on the goal-line. He shouldered it into the net. What a character.

Javier Hernandez out for ManU in the 9th minute. Non contact injury, his ankle just kind of collapsed. He was in a great deal of pain, and it looks to be pretty serious. Stretcher was needed, and his face was in a lot of pain when the trainers were touching the ankle with slight pressure.

SUCKS for Man United! They are down Little Pea, Berbatov, and the Da Silva's.

They were able to get 3 today though...thankfully.

I think it's great to see two schools from the same region (and almost same voting region) in the national championship.

So far, in the finals, Ohio Wesleyan beat Calvin (Ohio v. Michigan in DIII) and then Lindsay Wilson College beat Hastings (Kentucky v. Nebraska). There's three schools from this area in those finals. Unfortunately, both Akron and Louisville (who just lost in the Final Four this afternoon) aren't representing this area in the DI finals -- which will be UNC and UCLA. The DII finals don't have a regional representative, especially since Northern Kentucky is moving DI. But the DII was Fort Lewis beating Lynn (Colorado v. Florida).

Barcelona welcomed back Andres Iniesta today. He was inspirational in the 5-0. Take a look at these 2 assits, particularly the 1st. The last angle they show of it is the best. Pure genius. 2nd assist is a cheeky touch for the 3rd goal. Then the 5th goal is amazing because it started inside the corner flag with Eric Abidal defending. Ended in the back of the attacking net. 5 passes the entire length, goal.

But that first pass is why I think Iniesta is the most skilled/gifted midfielder in the game. Its a shame hes had so much trouble staying healthy.

Barcelona have outscored opponents 39-0 in 9 home La Liga matches so far. Just not even fair.

After taking a look at some old soccer kits, man, it'd be great to see some retro MLS jerseys brought back for some competitions.

Vancouver Whitecaps

Montreal (Manic) Impact

San Jose Earthquakes

FC Dallas (Dallas Tornado)

New England (Tea) Revolution

LA (Aztecs) Galaxy

They just don't make them like they used to. Classic design!

This one flew a bit under the radar, but the New England Revolution released a new kit on December 3.

A couple of Frenchmen could be headed to the MLS: Nicolas Anelka and David Trezeguet.

A South Korean international, Lee Young-Pyo, may be on the verge of signing with Vancouver.

Lee Nguyen is "taking his talents" to the MLS, according to a recent tweet of his.

To me, the story of the weekend is the U-17s USNT wins the Nike Friendlies in Florida this weekend. They capped the "tournament" with a 3-1 win over Brazil.

It was great too! For the 10-20 minutes I watched the game, I got to see his goal!

Pepe Reina spilled a ball, pretty rare too...Dempsey pounced on it and punched it into the back of the net. Good to see Liverpool lose...
