Also, are %'s usually higher or lower for players playing for a club as opposed to their national team or is a person's accuracy relatively similar?
Sorry for the questions, but I have never followed soccer closely (mainly just world cup in the Summer when it rolls around). I did play a lot as a kid, but I haven't been too much of a spectator.
It depends on the nationality of the player. A guy like Xavi or Busquets will be about the same because like Barcelona on the club side, Spain dominates opponents. So they have the ball at their feet the same amount of time, and the quality of their teammates is on par to what it is at Barcelona.
A guy like Yaya Toure will see it drop when he plays for country because he is playing for Man City as a club which is top 3 in the EPL...but on the national side he plays for Ivory Coast. One of the better African nations for sure, but still nowhere near the quality of talent that Man City can assemble around him.
As far as Bradley goes average wise, I honestly have no idea. My guess is this performance was one of his best ever though. USA doesnt have the ball as much as the teams in the graph above, so to even attempt 90 passes is pretty remarkable. Shows how active he was. Percentage wise, he is usually pretty good because he is smart and doesnt force it. But he still wouldnt be that good typically.
