Most people have student loan debt..its not Like he is ankle deep in credit card debt from being a dumbass spending money you don't have.

Like I said, he received a good chunk of change...and he got 4 first row luxury box seats valued at 1200 per seat per game.

Yeah, so? He could easily been out of debt if he kept the ball and sold it.

If he really wanted to he could sell those seats during the playoffs and pay off those student loans.assuming they don't get swept first round of course

Or he could've just said "pay off my student loans and you can have the ball." Strange deal but he'd be student loan debt free.

He could have done that...but it'd still probably be less money than what he got that no one knows about plus first row of diamond seats for the rest of the season of his favorite team

haha yeah it would have to be done under the table I'm sure...which, I assume, wouldn't be a problem.
