Maybe if you're eating pork or ground beef. A medium rare steak is fine to eat.

not its not. there is only one way to eat pork, and that is well done.

Luckydog understand the finer art of cooking meat ... I agree no one cooking degree can be applied to all cuts of meat...

Love em Rare to Rare+... ( miedium rare at a less than nice steak house) Grilled mushrooms and onions on the side.

The only time a steak can see steak sauce for me if by the crazy chance there is some leftover and warmed the next day... it just isn't the same, so then I will usw a little A1 or Heinz fitty 7.

Occasionally, I love to have melted, crumbled blue cheese on a steak as well. :)

Medium rare, from Peter Luger's in Williamsburg (Brooklyn). Have tried steaks all over the country, and none have come close.

Trichinosis is not nearly as prevalent as it was in the past....150 degrees and you're good to go, or freeze the piss out of it prior, no biggy.

I believe it has been found in a lot of dead bodies in NE Ohio somewhat recently. Remember my professor saying something about that. Either way, the mass production of meat..whether it be chicken, pig, or cattle farms are terribly unsanitary. I might suggest checking out Food Inc on Netflix.

My buddy just showed me that movie a couple months ago. Crazy stuff in there.

Only a handful of cats on here like their meat like I do. I didn't figure there would be a lot though.
