On cue as we pump up Pestano..he gives Granderson a meatball.

A couple insurance runs would be nice. ARod, Cano, Swisher is no cakewalk for any closer.

yeah, i think it depends on the player, but we def have a surplus of great arms in the bullpen and everyone is looking for bully help.

You would think that he would stop when Baseball Tonight completely mocked him....4 years ago. But he has not.

Indeed. Someone needs to put an end to that.

Big, big win. Great job battling by tow of the most unlikely sources (Duncan and Kearns). Tomlin was spectacular, and the BP got it done, despite Vinnie giving up the HR to the Grandyman.

Great, great win. So happy to get this one...I honestly thought we were fucked when Tomlin gave up the two runs.

I was on the way home from a bbq and almost drove right off the road. Did Austin fucking Kearns actually hit a HR?

Someone in an Austin Kearns jersey hit a homerun. No idea who was actually wearing it.

Great win for the Tribe. I thought for sure the game was over after they were down 2-0. Haven't seen this team comeback to win a game in a long time. A comeback win should be good for the morale of the team. Hopefully July helps us/them forget about June.

Edit: They still suck.

Wow! What a time for Kearns to deliver his first dinger of the year. 5 Rbi's for the year? did I hear that right?

Asa for the question earlier in the thread about whether I would trade any of the back end of the bullpen for a power right handed bat......no way am I screwing with the chemistry of that bull pen right now.

Probably the best game I've been to all year. Kearns' HR (WTF?) was hit not too far from where we were sitting.

The place fucking exploded when he hit it, definitely felt back some old Jacobs Field vibes with the entire stadium rocking.

It's always fun giving Yankees fans shit too.

Tomlin looked great despite not having his "control" early... Also nice to see he went at least 5 innings in his first 29 starts. That is kind of amazing when you think about it.

I called Santanas homer, dude is really starting to warm up.

Kearns and Santana both had opposite field jacks. Duncan with a key opposite field hit. Coincidence or not?

Holy shit ! I went to bed and they were down 2-0. Figured with the way NY's pitcher was dealing that the Tribe was dead in the water. Wake up to find "The Paycheck Stealer" is the hero of the night?
