I actually heard the end of the game, but was too lazy to get out of bed for this:

Said 3 years ago he's got one of the smoothest swings I've seen, and that I'd buy an authentic Chiz jersey when he gets called up to the Tribe. That time has come and now it's time to find a jersey.
You won't find a Chizz jersey until next season at the earliest.

Unfortunately, I know, which is why I'm gonna have to drop some cash on a customizable one and just get Chisenhall 27 on it lol.

Choo had surgery today, out 8-10 weeks. I hope they bring up a prospect to play a little right field.

that is correct. If they want any production out of RF, they better hope that Buck plays out of his ass for 2-3 months, or that they make a trade for someone. Both seem pretty unlikely at this point.

Bring up Head, let him try his luck. That or go make a lower end deal like is being discussed for Ryan Ludwick or something.
The fans can understand financial situations ans all that, even if they get pissed about it. But when your in first place, and you "top" player goes down to injury and you dont replace him with SOMETHING...fans aint gonna be happy. They need to do something, no matter how small. They cant trot out Buck and Kearns and expect to have any kind of support.

I'd also rather bring up Carerra, he has the same amout of RBI's as Kearns.

The Dolan's are probably pissed that the Tribe got out to such a good start. It happened ahead of "the plan" but it doesn't matter....IT HAPPENED. If they sit on their hands and make no moves, the fans will revolt against them worse than normal.

Exactly. Its nice the team has forced their hand to improve them, some way some how. Im not asking a lot, in fact I dont want a lot. I just want a decent, non-blockbuster, move to improve this team.

On a semi-related not. The Mets are allies to the Tribe right now and taking care of business. Up 9-0 heading to the bottom of the 4th on the Kitty Cats. Rick Porcello, who had been pitching quite well, got rocked and knocked out of the game already.

Can Grady ever hold off of the low pitches? Once you get 2 strikes on him he's gone.

What has happened to Gradys defense. That was a tough play, but one he should/usually makes.

Duncan gets a leadoff double, then a beautiful bunt by Tomlin. Of course we then get a DP, but get a run.

Only the Tribe. Leadoff Double (or single error) and then Tomlin with a great bunt for a hit. Only to GIDP with our leadoff man...thats just turrible.

Gotta make a move for an OF bat or possibly play LaPorta in RF (he played there before) keeping Santana and Marson on the field.
But I doubt Buck or Duncan can get it done over a long period of time.
