It's a day/night double header.

Tonight's tickets are good for the 2nd game. Or can be exchanged for a later game, except for a Cardinals series(read that earlier).

What if game goes 12 innings with a rain delay or 2?

haha I know you are joking, but I think the requirement is at least 20mins between games even in a twinight. They would be working hard to clear everyone out. I bet a lot of people who had tix to both games skip game 1.

It's all good, Im usually pretty good at picking up a joking tone on here so sorry about that. Just still getting over the shock of how many Yankees fans were there. :)

Lol yeah..the only reason I said something was because I went to the red sox series a couple years back in cinci and there were more sox fans than reds fans and towards the end of the game I was talking to a red sox fan and I'm like Jesus you people are annoyingcause they were chanting red sox at such random times like in between innings and such...well he looked at me and was like ur from ohio you must like osu and I go yeah and he just looked at me with a look on his face that was like ya see what I'm gettin at? I was just like touche' fella..lol and since.then I could never really complain about that kinda stuff..I would just feel hypocritical

BTW in that game Edwin encarnacion hit a 2 out game tying HR in the 9th and I went apeshit...then we lost in extras and I looked like a fool

Fred Lewis 7
Brandon Phillips 4
Joey Votto 3
Jay Bruce 9
Scott Rolen 5
Drew Stubbs 8
Edgar Renteria 6
Ryan Hanigan 2
Mike Leake 1

This will be the first time all year Stubbs hasn't batted leadoff right? Wonder if Dusty will have him bat 6th in both games today.

Now ol Lewis has been pretty damn good the past few opportunities. He excels at taking the low outside pitch and going through the 5.5 hole....and he's good at taking the lower inside pitch and pulling it past the first baseman.......he has to continue doing this! His speed is surprisingly average and his defense is bumpy.

I do agree with giving him a chance while he's doing well and moving Stubbs for a different mindset.

I've finally come to the realization that the offense is better off with Stubbs out of the leadoff spot. So i'm cool with that lineup.

Lewis isn't the long term leadoff hitter though, they need to do something about that.

Brett Gardner for Homer Bailey?.....before you drill me on this one. I will not believe in Bailey's durability until proven otherwise.

Stubbs needed moved. In that last game he swung and struck out twice on pitches a foot or two outside, or as I like to say, He did a jonny gomes.

He is more suited for 5-6 hole hitter and hope this jump starts him

Having better ideas about a plate approach will help him as well.

DON'T TRY TO HIT HR>>>>>>DRIVE THE BALL WHERE IT IS PITCHED AND HR WILL HAPPEN A PLENTY

Sounds like a jinx for the Reds actually!!!!!!

Reds may have a chance IF IF IF Cueto can pitch a shutout.
Even with that I doubt the reds can pull out a win.
Spankmees played their JV team this afternoon and the varsity wll take the field tonite

Damn....that would be a good vbookie choice....

Janish+Gomes more total bases than Arod+Teixeira......7000-1 odds
