Tigers won today, so lead stays at 1. White Sox up big, and Twins win too (their 7th straight W. I said it a week or so ago, watch them end up winning this division).

Im just sayin this team is in 1st place. Something must be going right for the Indians. I wear Indians stuff, just not player jerseys.

Im too old for that.

Easy ? for me, Asdrubal Cabrera. I'd also get Brantley.

But I don't get things with names anymore. I have a Hafner jersey I got back in 06, but never wear it. I just get a couple of tees here and there

The Twins are playing .800 ball, that won't last. Much like the Tribe playing .600 ball didn't last.

At this point I'd probably buy a brantley as well, but I'm with you. Done buying player shirts.

True, but I dont see any real leadership on this squad outside of Pronk. That with the team playing terrible the past month and I'm frustrated. Nice to see a sweep though!

22 consecutive innings without allowing a run by our bullpen.

Our bp is pretty legit. If the team can get a lead by the 7th inning, I am confident with the bp closing the game out.

Was that the ridiculous barehanded grab & throw from the grass I just saw on Indians.com?

Competitive series.

Pirates really displayed a powerful attack.

What do you know about baseball? Your team isn't good, so obviously pittsburgh fans are not knowledgeable about the game.

I'm pretty confident I know the Pirates offense sucks.

They very well could play .600 ball at home though, and they've still played 10 fewer home than away games at this point. I really think they'll be right in the thick of things in the end. The winning the division comment was a little tongue in cheek though. Just too big of a hole to completely dig out of.

Indians should be in good shape. Nice pitching staff. Pirates have capitalized on facing some of the lesser pitchers on teams but I was impressed by the depth of the Indians bullpen, in addition to the good starting pitching.

Their offense clearly isn't hitting on all cylinders yet or this could have been really ugly. 12-2, 10-1 type games.

Considering you have to watch the pirates I'm surprised you know what a good pitching staff is, since according to you, you know more about sports bc your team is better.
