"About the Author

Hi, my name is Zach and I want to teach you how I learned to jump higher to dunk. After trying several jump programs and seeing the results of each, I started learning what works and what doesn't. Believe me, many programs available on the internet are scams and do not work. I even got hurt following one "expert's" workout program. Let me help you not make the same mistake. Click here to read my review of my #1 recommended jump program."

That does have anything to do with the list. The list are recorded vertical jumps not the authors own list.

When do you think they were taken? Yesterday? Obviously they were taken early in their careers, maybe HS, maybe College, Maybe rookie year.

It's a standing vertical not all great jumpers can jump as well from a standing position.

Where is he getting these numbers from? I see no sources, and the entire website appears to have been made by some guy trying to hock his ebook. Obviously he would want to inflate numbers to give people the idea they should/could be jumping even higher.

This is probably less reliable that wikipedia if anything.

From the site

Randy Moss - 51 inches

Actually, Moss recorded a 39 inch vertical at the combine.

Georges St. Pierre - 48 inches

This is probably the best interview I have ever heard. Shaq is a great person. Talking about how his dad called him a dummy for not making his free throws!
